Beautiful were your words that echoed in my mind. You really made me think. About once upon a time. I saw what you said with sweet kissing lips, flowing as a river strong and refined.

I saw what you said as lifes parade passed me by. Grazing in the grass as a sheep without a plan. Oh I sighed. Im alright Im just another fan.

I Saw what you said as my life came into fruition. Unfolding as an umbrella in a bad weather condition. Storms were put before me to block my path. My friends pointing their fingers some even laughed.

Special was my relationship with you. You promised to be there. Just as the dew. Thank for your love on this very day. All I have is wrapped up in you. And yes I love you. Thats what I can say. I saw what you said as a movie played in my mind. You had a starring role and you were ever so kind. A protagonist facing the world with a strong loving heart .You were my idol. You really play that part. Now the movies are over and now the credits roll. We reminisced like old friends. Easily as we strolled I saw what you said as the wind blows my hair. Thank you my friend. For always being there.

Sometimes the best conversation is with a person that lets you vent. The other person may only say a few words, but is genuinely concerned about their friend. Do you see what I am saying? Most often that friend has really had a bad day. So I sit there and I listen and interject an occasional really and then an occasional is that right It is best to let your friend speak dont criticize or judge the conversation. You could risk losing a friend if you interject or try to control the conversation.

This poem is for those friends that listen and care and will be there for you. Do you see what I said?
